Achievements
Competition 2023
Currently, I am a medalist of the Polish, Silesian and Greater Poland championships in the bikini fitness category. In 2023, I took part in the European Championships, Arnold Classic Europe and the Polish Cup.

I know that the key to effective training is correct exercise technique and an individual approach. Each of us is different, has unique needs and goals. That's why I create training plans that are precisely tailored to you - your body, lifestyle and personal aspirations, to ensure you get the best results.

Understanding and flexible approach
You may stumble (read: eat a kebab on the weekend or drink one too many glasses of prossecco) - the most important thing is to get up on Monday and continue training. Do you have a lot of activities during the day and little time? We will adjust the training so that you can do it even within a 40-minute window (always worth it!)
Patience and conversation
For me, patience is a tool for explaining complex training concepts in a simple and understandable way. I want you to feel comfortable and confident while achieving your training goals. Are you not sure how to perform the exercise? Feel free to ask. I have already trained x hours in the gym and I know that some of the postures and movements in training come with time and need consolidation.
Education
I show you why training makes sense, how you can work to achieve your goals, and what exactly you can do to keep your body fit and strong. My clients not only know what they are doing, but also understand why they are doing it. This educational approach supports them in making informed decisions related to training and health. As a trainer and active figure sports competitor, I constantly focus on development and continuous education.
A fit and healthy body
I design workouts that focus on a variety of exercises so that you can develop strength, flexibility and endurance, so that each series shapes a fit and healthy body. It is important to me to achieve physical fitness in a way that supports health. Properly selected exercises are not only aimed at building muscles, but also help maintain good fitness.
